How do I add a photo to a message to seller?

You dont need to send photos

If you have a problem with an item then open a dispute in the resolution centre at the botton of the page

MAke sure you open the correct dispute as if your item is not as described then you open My item is not as in the description

All problems should be done through the resolution centre for you and for the seller

Once you do that then you should be able to add photos but as already said you do not have to do that

Is it Not as desecribed?

Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

You are also covered by the paypal money back guarantee 

If you fail on ebay then you open the dispute in paypal and escalate it as soon as you can but within 20 day

Thanks for the comprehensive reply, It wasn’t to do with a complaint, but the opposite. I wanted to send the sellers a pic of my granddaughter wearing some of beautiful clothes I bought from them. I have now requested an email address from the seller so I can do this.

You really should not send photos of your grandaughter to anyone you dont know

Have you asked the parents to see if they are happy with you doing that.

You do not know who you are sending them too
I certainly would not send any photos of my family to anyone even if they sold me some nice clothes
