Yummy mummy

I paid for a yummy mummy changing bag last week she said she has posted it and I ain't recieved it iv messed her a few times after this to see if she had the right address and did she get a tracking device and she hasn't got back to me

You can report that your item hasn't arrived next to your order in Purchase History.  Then escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.
