Does anyone else have a problem removing negative feedback from eBay? We never find that we get supported from eBay when a customer is being totally unreasonable, I appreciate you cannot please every single buyer but when you need support from eBay they always go in the buyers favour and never the seller, very frustrating especially when we have done everything we possibly can to help the customer.
Let me know if any of you have found a soultion to this problem
