all I want to do is speak to someone from eBay. Why is that so difficult? They don't have a phone number and they don't have livechat. Every time I look to contact them they palm me off on PayPal. I want to report a seller and have a black mark put next to his name but there seems to be no option. What gives?
a seller took my money, never posted my item and is now simply ignoring me. I have to resolve the money side through PayPal, but there should still be a way that I can have his fraudulence flagged up.
