In case you have not heard, all sellers are being transferred to Managed Payments.
The Company that manages Ebay managed Payments is I believe Dutch. It makes no difference to you so long as money gets to your Bank Account.
As you don't sell it makes absolutely no difference, you didn't ask where Paypal money went, so why bother now. Sellers get paid they still post out and you get what you have paid for. If not the solutions are just the same you open a case with Ebay.
