I bought a memory that is faulty, I am sure the seller knows as he must know the source of the memory. There are lots of memory in the market failed in the manufacture sold to destroy them and recycle them, unfortunately, some selling them. Amazon doing the same selling all the bad items. eBay must pay attention to those items because those will be sold on eBay later. this is a hit from Amazon to eBay.
The long feedback you have given, commenting about eBay and Amazon, is likely to be removed because of this. You need to stick to the point, which is that the memory memory card was faulty. They often are, there are numerous fake memory cards on eBay.
More importantly, have you used eBay's money back guarantee to claim a refund? If not, see: https://pages.ebay.co.uk/ebay-money-back-guarantee/. Better still, read the full terms and conditions here: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/money-back-guarantee.html
Incidentally, eBay will not "pay attention to these items". EBay's very clear policy s that it "does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of, items advertised", or the truth or accuracy of descriptions. Instead, it enables buyers to use eBay's money back guarantee if the item is not as described. That's why it's so important to read and use it.
Your seller is a UK business seller, so if you suspect the card was fake you can inform trading standards.
