please can someone give me some advice? I have purchased a rain jacket for my boy. it arrived very quickly. listing stated like new but I received the jcaket and it was stained and had some damage on it. so I contacted the seller and she said she has twins and will send the second one, then confirmed she did (been over a week and still nothing) and now they are not even responiding to any of my msgs.
they have 2 negative feedbacks where one item was damaged and she posted that her child little daughter never damages anything ... so now i doubt she actually has twins and the second jacket exist.
how long shall i wait before I contact ebay?
