They bid, they won and then made some excuse regarding the item's heritage to say they're going to give it a miss and for me to please send a request to cancel.
What are my options? Thanks
Dont do anything.
Wait for 4 full days
Ebay will send them reminders to pay and if they dont the after the
full 4 days either ebay or yourself can cancel the transaction and the non payer gets a non
payment strike on their account
You get your fees back and can relist
Put them on your blocked bidders list and then go back and scroll down
to Stop blocked biddesr from contacting me
