I purchased a set of Dr Dre Beats headphones in October which are now faulty (damaged headband). Apple won't cover under warranty as they were purchased from a third party. Can't find a way to contact seller. Help!
You are out of time to do anything on ebay or paypal if you paid that way
Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive
and not a warranty.
Any warranty is between you and the seller.
If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.
If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.
