WARNING, been scammed by a cheap welder

After being scammed twice by buying a welder,all accounts come from Hong Kong,and if you look welder and keep looking through you will find expensive welders for around £25-100 but all is a scam,yes I have got my money back but still they still have the same ad on here by some different names,but just sending log to ebay about fake ads is not good enough..now trying to contact eBay is just a joke,their navigation just sends you in circles..

I have left feedback quite a few times but another day another name pops up
selling the same fake priced welders..contacted ebay about fraudsters ads
and account..they just change there named account and keep selling thin
air.and every account has around 24-34 sales and all for cheap plastic
sealy bags which are probably sales to each other.and to which give them
100% feedback scores..surely ebay have people working for them looking for
fake scam sellers..this has been going on for months now.
