I was recently repremanded for putting contact details in an ad. This was purely to allow a potential bidder to check that my item was in working order. It was an expensive item and quite frankly, nobody in their right mind, should consider parting with a large sum of money, on an item they cant even view first. What should therefore be the right procedure to give a bidder phone or address details to allow them to see the item first?
