There's probably a limit to the number of ways this can be explained to you. The motors category is always excluded from free listings and you have listed this car several times. Exclusions to the free listings are shown in the terms and conditions.
You won't get your fees refunded just because you didn't read the terms and conditions.
I don't think it's possible to issue a refund with dexterity - unless it's done with a quick flick of the wrist so it spins through the air before landing precisely in front of you. Perhaps you meant 'alacrity.'
