I need to know if this item sells to a non UK buyer , will I be able to send via the Global Shipping Programme, and what is the cost to me ( and how is it charged )

For a start you would be well advised to opt out of GSP.

If bought by a buyer outside the UK in a Country Listed on your Listing, read them in the P & P section, you post to Derby by Tracked Mail, you offer Free Post. Derby then posts on at great expense to the buyer.

If you read your own Ad. you would find that P & P to the USA is £26.67 and France £10.93.
