Hi,
I pray someone can help me as this is really upsetting. A while ago I had a problem with a rude seller and only managed to get my refund 3 weeks later with the help of PayPal claim. Now he sends me persistent ads - sometimes 3 times a day. It's impossible to unsubscribe from that. I did send an email saying - please stop - but this was ignored. I find this upsetting and intimidating. What can I do? Please help. There are no numbers or emails anywhere for me to contact ebay. I want this to stop.
This is eBay's policy on spam: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/member-behaviour-policies/spam-policy?id=5033&st=12&pos=1&query...
What your seller is doing isn't allowed, but eBay conspicuously omits to say how to report it! I imagine you will have to contact customer support here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home
Support is very limited during the pandemic. It's likely that callback or live chat may be the only options.
If you were registered as a seller you could block this seller's messages, but I don't think you can do this if you're only a buyer. If this spam is being sent direct by email you can set up a blocking filter.
