Hi all, hope someone knows what to do as ebay themselves don't seem to be able to.
When I go on to my account to list an item I keep getting a red banner saying payouts are on hold until I update my bank details. Now I do have a bank account attached to my account, its in my payment options. I've tried adding a card/bank but when I try to update its saying it can't update my details.... name of ebay account and bank account are the same. So whats the problem? Help! T.I.A
