Not happy with eBay becoming judge and jury on payments. Will we still get instant cleared funds allowing us to pay for postage after a buyer pays for an Item when selling?  Its been my procedure to check that cleared funds are in paypal before buying postage and then send out the item which I own (private seller).  If I read in eBays new Ts & Cs it will now take days for a payment to be deposeted in my account by them,  I wont feel safe to buy instant  postage and to ship imediatly anylonger untill payment has been recieved . Who has the money for those days ? 

Secondly the 30p per transaction makes selling small low cost items impossible - no more 99p items when it costs 30p plus the 12.8% plus the postage .

Ive been with eBay since 2003, 100% rating  and recently they have annoyed me over a claim they did not pay even though seller refunded me and eBay awarderd the claim - ebay kept my refund - eBay did NOT pay ! - I went to paypal to my get money back  after many weeks quoting consumer law I got money back. Having a third party payment processor is essential. 

So I cant see how it will be possible to sell my private items on ebay anylonger  and when buying items now that eBay has made itself the judge and jury over payments even if they are not complying to trading regulations or their own rules.  I think that eBay may put off many sellers and buyers and I'm thinking that I will be one of them.
