Unknown transaction from PayPal.

This morning I found a transaction of £4.01 debited from my PayPal account. It does not describe the transaction but has provided an invoice number and a transaction reference.

Transaction # 0K517615MA959903E
I have already contacted PayPal stating an unauthorized transaction. I would like to get this checked by eBay in the first place and take necessary actions at the earliest to reverse the transaction.

If you bought an item from seller on Managed payments, you now pay ebay, not seller direct,

so seller's name won't show on paypal, which is a bit stupid I think.

Thanks for answering the question. But the problem here is that I haven't
ordered anything from ebay. So I am struggling to know why I have been
charged. All I have is the transaction reference and invoice number. How do
I contact eBay customer service?

As you are in India, log out of here UK site & back into your own country's site to use the contact ebay option.

I am currently in the UK and am using the same account I used in India.
However I have changed my location in my profile. I don't know if it is
still showing as India. The transaction I am talking about is seen in GBP
so I have to use eBay.co.uk right. So is there a direct number to reach the
customer service?

Surely you know what you have bought and have looked in your purchases!!

It is most unlikely to be an unauthorised payment!

Yes I will surely know if I do purchase anything. And the truth is I
haven't bought anything since December 2020. I have checked my wife's eBay
account as well. There isn't any order made related to this transaction.
Strange but true!
Is there any way I can reach the customer care directly to talk and resolve
this issue?
