I have a late posting marked in my seller history. I posted the item within. 24 hours of payment (which I explained to the buyer at the time), and it arrived on the 6th working day probably slightly delayed due to Covid issues, but still well within the time allowed by eBay. But the buyer has marked it as a late arrival. I feel that the late arrival feedback is unfair - is there any way I can have this removed from my seller record?
Probably not.
Did you put the tracking onto the item in your sold section when you posted it?.
It looks as if you post letter size so probably dont have any tracking
If you did and it shows as posted within the time you gave on the descripttion then contact ebay and see what they say
Top of the page under Help and contact then scroll down to the bottom of the page
It is usually Call me back
If you dont then no point in trying even
"Lovely card, seemed to be delayed in post but arrived safely thank you"
Is this the comment you're upset about? The buyer left you positive feedback. They didn't say that you were late posting it, just that it was delayed in the post - which is true. It was unnecessary to mention this, but it doesn't qualify the feedback for removal. In any case, this was almost 8 weeks ago, and it would be too late now to report it anyway.
You have such good feedback, it's a pity you drew attention to the one comment you're unhappy about by responding to it.
