Undelivered item

I ordered an enamel plate and the estimated delivery date has passed. There is also no record of the item online. Can anyone recommend what my next step will be please.

If you paid for the item with paypal then log into your paypal account and report item not received in there using there resolution centre.Escalate the case asap and within 20 days.
