I purchased a printer, which is defective and now want to return it. I logged a return request and a return I.D. was created. I recieved an e mail telling me to print the return labels but every time I try and print the labels it states there is a Technical Issue. I have cleard my search hisory as e bay suggest, but still can't print the labels.
I have searched my Purchase history, which is now blank and my returns, which is also now blank. How do I raise this issue with e bay please? Should I pay for the return, as I really want my money back for the printer?
