Unable to leave feedback

Hi, I've just received some items, which are perfect, but the 'Leave Feedback' option is not available. I  knew there would be a delay when i ordered the items,  so I have no problems with that. How can I leave the feedback.

Go your own feedback page & use the "leave feedback" link there.

Hi, thanks I've done that, but the items are not listed. I've searched
using the itemID and User name and still no items appear. Is there a
time limit between order and delivery to leave feedback? Thanks
