Unable to leave DSRs even when postage not free

Can aynone advise why I cannot leave DSRs for a seller on P&P charges? It was not listed as free.  I bought 3 items so got a single invoice, with a postage cost that was slightly less than all 3 added together.
Is it the seller that manipulates this or just another glitchy ebay thing?

No...you cannot leave DSR scores for combined P&P as it cannot be split between purchases so cannot be commented on...the seller gets auto 5* for combining

I only leaned by my own experience !!

It would actually be better for buyers in these cases where a seller declined combined P&P...at least then the DSR would be a tool to use

Very true corred.
It's a shame that sellers who want to rip buyers off on postage can just reduce P&P by only a very small amount so they can take advantage of this apparent loophole 😠
I was once offered a 4p discount on 5 items whose total postage came to £50 - for 2nd class parcel post no less!
Thankfully I hadn't actually committed to buy, just asked, so I told them politely where to shove their 4p discount! LOL
