I bought an item that did not fit. Agreed with the buyer to return. I used an independent carrier to return the item. The seller now has the item and wants to refund me. The seller can not refund me as ebay are asking me supply a tracking number. I can not get past the print label page as there is no option for using an indipendent carrier. I can not contact ebay I seem to be going round in circles ........Please HELP.
You have to persevere with ebay. They have to change the tracking number for you. Go to My eBay and click on "Help & Contact", top left. Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that. Select a topic, the nearest or any topic. On the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us". You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.
