Unable to contact ebay

I have been trying to contact ebay regarding my recent sale. Web site is totally unhelpful!

Customer Support closed down at 10.00 pm. You can ask on here or use the Help Pages.

You cannot ask Buyers to Contact you before Bidding. Ebay will suspend your Account as it could be construed that you are trying to make an Off Site Deal. Buyers have to Bid, Win the Item then Message you before Payment is made.

I am the seller and have delivered the item to the buyer. I want to contact eBay in order to release my funds.
