Trying to return a broken item

seller refuses to take returns, i need to return it to get my refund. She has asked me to not contact her again. I cant find a number to talk to someone at ebay.

If it's still within 30 days of delivery select "I received an item that does not match the seller's description" on here:

https://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/

and escalate it to eBay after 3 working days.

If the seller is in the UK eBay will require them to issue a paid-for return postage label for you to use.  And they will enforce the refund after the item has been sent back.
