Hiya
I ordered some shoes last Wednesday and they said they'd be here on the Saturday but very shortly the estimate due day changed to the 21st. I was given a tracking code on the 19th with them saying it was through yodel. When searching the tracking code up it says there isn't an item available under that code?! What should I do
What is the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing
You check on the item in your purchase history as if you are checking the sellers site the date of delivery will be if you bought today
If you have not recieved your item and it is past the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description
then you can open a not recieved dispute one day after the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing.
You can do that at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre
Escalate it too ebay after 3 full days
You have 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the item description to open a dispute
