The courier left the package at the door, when I came home from work, the package was gone

Good morning,  I got a message and a photo that my package was left near the front door. But when I came back from work at 8:00PM, no package was there anymore. I asked the neighbors but they also know nothing. The seller said that the courier always does this. What should I do????

You need to contact the courier

If the item shows as Delivered on the tracking then you would lose any dispute.

Maybe report to the police the item as stolen?

It is rediculous couiers leaving outside the house on the doorstep.

If you dont get anywhere then contact Citizens advice for their help
