Understood the 20% off offer ended at 6pm. Made a purchase to test the offer and it went through successfully (although I did not complete that transactiono.

However when I purchssed something at approx 5.30 I was not given the chance to enter the offer code. Did anyone else experience this?

What a daft thing to do! Now you've wasted your chance to use the offer and may face an unpaid item case for failing to pay for the "test purchase".

How do you know the code worked successfully if you did not complete the transaction?

The system probably thinks you did use it and so wouldn't let you use it a 2nd time.

Are you saying that even though the transaction did not go through the code was taken as "used" and therefore was no longer
