Technical Issue with Receiving messages

A buyer has left negative feedback becuase they say we didn't respond to a message they sent. I have just spent the last 20 min utes going through every message but we have no record of the buyer sending one. We have had this a couple of times. I have messaged the buyer and apologised but what can I do about the feedback? The message never came through to our account.

 

Please help!!!
