I have funded my paypal account weith sufficient funds to cover the cost of a item refund, Ther item was destroyed/damaged by hermes and I am trying to reimburse the biyer. The refun system goes through up to the point of clicking on "Refund the buyer" then the next page states your refund was not completed. any ideas ?.
