Thanks for the answers I can't find the correct way to thank you or reply to you the item was in the wrong category they said it's a make up case made like a suitcase. If they explained it properly in the first place all I could see in the first email was a jumble of numbers I had no idea what items they were talking about and I just assumed they would remove it and that would solve the problem
I am really upset about it I didn't get a chance to to do anything about it you can't reply to the emails and I am useless with technology it's hard to get it right all the time I haven't been on here all that long thanks again everyone who replys I don't know how to reply to your posts XX
