Sold item cancellation

Hi, i sold an item, the buyer asked to cancel the order which i did, the item is showing as sold in my summary and the money was added to my Sold running total, i don't want to be charged a sellers fee for this item which i have relisted. Regards. Phil.

If they did not pay then you should not have cancelled you do the non payment function

Ebay message the buyer and remind them to pay 

After 4 full days then either ebay or you cancel the transaction 

You get your fees back and the non payer a non payment strike

Ebay charge their fees straight away

If you cancelled correctly then it should show as fees refunded

If you did not cancel correctly then you pay the fees
