Sold and Collected

The item I sold has been collected but the listing is still telling me to dispatch. I don’t know the buyers six digit code. How do I close the listing or should I just ignore it.

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
