Sold an item this morning, Buyer confirms he has definitely paid, and he seems very genuine. Its saying the item hasn't been paid for in my records ~ any suggestions of how to clarify please. Thank you.....
If you have signed up to the managed payments on ebay then ebay take payment
They will tell you when you have been paid and tell you to post
Once they take off the fees then they will put the remainder in your bank
Did you not read the information on managed payments
On the Seller hub you can check the progress of the payments under payments
