Sold Items In Unsol

So yet again the software is a fiasco.  Sold items gone straight into unsold.  Not able to invoice etc.  eBay needs to sort out the issues with their software it is one thing after another and yet they still want to charge us a fee.  Your IT department are a shambles.

•Yes it is another glitch. Hopefully, it will be sorted out soon.

Please be aware that we are members like you. We are not eBay CS.

Dear Sir

Thank you for your response and interpretation of my comments to other members as a 'rant'.
I would rather not place any response on the boards but over the last year Sellers/Members have received a sub standard service from ebay, which as a member I am sure you are aware. I found your comment offensive to be honest and quite judgemental. as a Expert Member!
