Hi I paid for a sleigh bed & was sent a cheap bed that of poor quality with many faults, I've been arguing back & forth as their trying to get me to accept £50 to keep the bed I said no so they said we'll if I want another bed they will just send me the same one, then they sent a link to check beds on their website & yes they had sleigh beds but they just keep phobbing me of... help what can I do
