I am supposed to have been sent a 6 digit code with a confirmsation email to say I had purchased an item. Sice collecting the item , the seller hasn't been able to remove it as he is being asked for my 6 digit code. I havre checked my emails but have not received a code.
The code is only for the app. The seller can still mark as item dispatched on a PC or laptop. On their My eBay it's via More Action, right of item on their sold page. Or on seller hub they click on the item, then top left > Mark as Dispatched.
