Signing in issue

For the past 3-4 days I have signed in to my account.  However when I move from summary to selling to check active, the system locks me out and asks me to sign in again.  This was ok the first couple of times, a glitch maybe, but now after two attempts even getting a text code, its locked me out again.  Any idea please.
