Hi everyone I've contacted eBay 5 times now to say I've refunded a buyer and the money has gone from my bank account and it was just at the time of changing over to managed payments. After seems an age of checking they finally seem to find the information or so I think then keep trying to take it. It's no small amount and it's just been debited again from my bank. They said it wouldn't happen but alas it has. I keep getting emails saying I owe it and they say oh there just automatically generated. I'm getting worried now even though I have refunded the buyer. I'm sick of contacting them and nothing happening. Anyone have anything like this happen to them. Thanks for getting this far.
