Sending to registered address? Right or wrong.

Been using my phone for eBay whilst pc is down, sold item, receive message "great news, item sold"

further down , it has " buyers registered address " and this is the only address I can see on this message, so I wrap up, post off with proof of postage.

Buyer contacts me, saying it should have gone to his PayPal address? Quite annoyed, called me ignorant?

paypal doesn't show up as it used to on my phone, EBay seem to have taken over PayPal, and they pay direct into your bank.

im waiting on either one or two things to happen now, bad feedback, or worse " item didn't arrive"

as I gave free postage and it wasn't an expensive item, I just used 2nd class post and proof of postage, which I copied an image to the buyer.

Am I wrong to post to the only address that came on my phone ?
