You have had a long break from using this account for selling, and will be seen as a new seller or ad hoc seller, so you will have an initial limit to the number and the value of items you can sell.
You then need to build up a good selling record of posting items promptly, and keeping a defect free account before your account will be reiewed, usually 45 days later, for an increase in that selling allowance.
