Selling kitchen knives set

I can see several listings selling kitchen knives but when I try to list similar items I cannot as it breaches the policy. How can this be right?

You need to be able to prove that you are Over 18 to Sell Knives by adding a Credit Card. Find the Account Drop Down Tab >> Personal information >> Financial Information.
