I was wondering for the past few months my selling dashboard amount has not changed from 787 and it has a 2.54% defect. Why does the seller figure of 787 never change even though I have sold another 300-400 over past few months.
If the correct figure was put in my sales would be higher compared to the defect rate and it would reduce the percentage.
Could someone help as I have been watching both figures including total sales and this has not changed in the past few months why does the figure stay the same could someone tell me why ??
