Selling alcohol

I have just received an email advising I can not sell a bottle of champagne, there is numerous people selling the same type of champagne but has not been banned. Can you please advise why I am the only one who has been victimised to not be able to sell this beautiful bottle of champagne.

I do not need this answered more than once

You have not been vitimised you have broken ebay policy

You have also broken the law as you have to have a license to sell alcohol

There may be others selling it but they have not yet been reported 

If they are in another country thier laws may be different

Dont relist as if you do and it is removed again then ebay may take stronger steps

Only approved LICENCED sellers can sell ANY alcohol on eBay

You are not a business and do not have a licence to sell alcohol. You have not been 'victimised' - you breached the policy.  Try reading the alcohol policy:-
