Selling a cutlery set

Looking for any past experience of someone trying to sell a cutlery set.  I have had difficulty with people trying to bid and e bay asking for a change in their account details.  I thought it may be because the set contains knives, why wouldn't it, or that it may be something to do with an age limit but e bay ust have this information.  My item is for sale and runs out in less than 12 hours so can't remove.  Now with only one low bid registered I stand to lose money.  Any ideas please.  I have asked for a call back from e bay but this hasn't happened.
