Selling Restriction ☹️

Hello 

I'm the first to admit I should have taken action when my Selling Activity showed 'Below Average' and should have researched how this could effect my selling activity but I didn't. Big mistake!

I now have a permanent selling ban.

Trouble is, I really don't know why? Can anyone take a look at my profile and give me an idea? I've contacted eBay and they've just said I fell below standard but haven't said why.

I just had a look and it doesn't have any activity to show....

To be fair, I didn't really know what those stars meant on my profile page, I actually thought I was doing well on eBay but I was really just going by my feedback...

I had no idea things could escalate to this stage without any advice from eBay before hand.

Im now discovering my family members who sell on eBay occasionally are also restricted from selling!

What a mess, I kinda feel quite upset about it all now...
