I recently bought an item but the seller ignored over 20 messages and several phone calls until he then finally just cancelled the sale.
This is illegal and if I had the time I could take him to court for breach of contract and I would win as I have the documentation proving the sale.
How can I get the full details of the seller when EBAY is only offering me the opportunity of dealing with the seller to sort out the issue? The seller didnt even have the decency to say "Sorry but I wanted more money than that so I am not letting you have it"
Why is Ebay allowing sellers to just cancel sales willy nilly and completely ignoring buyers rights?
EBAY is an auction site and once bidding ends the buyer and seller have entered a legally binding agreement so EBAY should be controlling the bad sellers by removing them but they are not doing anything.
