received product after having to pay for postage (fraudulent stamps) on opening product was damaged, seller simply withdrew sale from EB, this left me of pocket with a damaged product, unable to leave any feedback due to withdrawal

The seller can not remove themselves from ebay like that

It will be ebay that has removed them

You will not get the postage you paid to get the item

You should not have collected it and asked the seller to send the postage or for them to pay it through RM

If not paid then it would have been returned to the seller and you could have claimed not recieced
