A member of my family (not registered on Ebay) is regularly receiving returned items from Ebay buyers which she knows nothing about. They are all the same small item of clothing, she has so far had in excess of twenty. I have managed to identify the seller from the Ebay item number on the packing slip. When I view the items which this seller still has for sale, they show the item location as they same postal area as my relative.
How do I report this seller, and have my relative's address removed from the items advertised?
