Seller says they have paid, eBay says it's unpaid

Hi,

I have a buyer from another country say they have tried to pay for an item, but eBay still says that I am awaiting payment. 

Is there a way to check to see if the person has actually paid?

Is it normal for there to be a delay in the payment screen.

None of your sold items have international postage on them so a buyer cannot pay until you send an invoice with revised postage included to their country,so you have not been paid unless you sent such an invoice.
